Focus Group Discussion BENCHMARKING AND LEARNING FROM EU EXPERIENCE Opportunity of Adaptation to Indonesian Context

The day-long Focus Group Discussion (FGD) held at Parahyangan Catholic University brought together experts and professionals to explore the opportunity of adapting European Union (EU) experiences in the Indonesian context.

Dr. P. Ferry Sutrisna Widjaja led the first workshop, providing a comprehensive review of EU experiences in the context of environmental pedagogy. The discussion delved into the intricacies of successful initiatives, highlighting key strategies that could be adapted to the Indonesian educational landscape.

Moh. Nurhadi facilitated the second workshop, focusing on a detailed breakout session. Attendees were divided into smaller groups, encouraging interactive discussions on the challenges and potential solutions for integrating EU practices into Indonesian research, innovation, and business development.

The final workshop, led by both panelists, brought the day to a conclusion with a plenary session. Here, insights from the review panel and breakout sessions were synthesized, and participants engaged in a collective discussion on the opportunities and challenges of adapting EU experiences to the Indonesian context.
